OneKey Card is a well-known open source Web3 wallet. OneKey has launched a foreign virtual card credit card service, providing foreign Visa and MasterCard virtual credit cards, supporting binding Alipay, WeChat, paid ChatGPT plus and other scenarios. Like Dupay, OneKey Card supports users in mainland China, uploading ID cards and automatically face recognition on mobile phones according to the instructions-centralized bank card products all need KYC certification, which is a must for compliance.
Note: Entering the official website of OneKey Card requires scientific Internet access, and can only use Google login. It only supports virtual currency recharge, and currently requires an invitation to activate the card. (China identity authentication KYC is no longer supported)
OneKey Card advantages:
Convenience: No physical card is required, payment is made directly through the virtual card, suitable for online shopping and small consumption.
Multi-platform support: Supports binding to Alipay, WeChat Pay and other commonly used domestic payment platforms.
Cryptocurrency payment: Through cryptocurrency recharge, free conversion between US dollars and RMB is realized.
OneKey Card disadvantages:
Exchange rate issue: When spending small amounts, the exchange rate may not be as good as other virtual cards (detailed introduction below).
KYC restrictions: Currently, KYC authentication is not supported for users in mainland China, which limits the use of some users
OneKey Card can be bound to WeChat and Alipay for consumption, but after binding, you need to contact the manual customer service to remove the risk control. It is recommended to make small-amount consumption to maintain the card before large-amount consumption
From August 6, 2024, the transaction fee for non-US dollars of OneKey Card will change: OneKey Card's US dollar transactions with US merchants are 0%, and the rate for other transaction types is 1% + $0.5.
In this way, the transaction fee for small-amount consumption has skyrocketed. For example, if you spend $10, the transaction fee alone is 0.6U, about 6%, plus the recharge of at least 1.5%, then the comprehensive fee will reach 7.5%, plus the conversion and exchange loss, the fee is relatively high.
If conditions permit, I like to use Apple Pay. In theory, NFC is the most secure. And you only need to press twice and touch Face ID. It is also very convenient online. Meituan, Didi and Duoduo all use this.
I've been very happy with ClickDealer. They’ve been around for a while, and have some great offers that you usually can't find anywhere else. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
